Dear Self, stop putting pressure on yourself to find that “thing”

Tap into the wonderment and the romance. Connection. Whimsical, flirty, feminine, love, passion, curiosity.

Focus on the creative process not the outcome. Don’t put pressure on yourself and stay on your own path.

I know it gets frustrating when everyone else seems so sure of their passion, well sure enough to create action or forge their way through. Trailblazers. Thought leaders. Creatives. Coaches. Chefs.

It gets hard when you think you may have found your “thing”, something tp offer the world, only to find you lose interest or don’t quite enjoy it as much as you think.

Or you simply haven’t found anything in which you can see yourself investing time and energy into building skill around.

I know you wonder “Is there anything out there for me? Something which I am gifted and talented at? Or am I destined to feeling lost and not quite good enough at anything in particular.”

My answer is “there has to be”. Maybe that something you are looking for (your talent, your passion) is to simply dabble and explore and be curious – in lot’s of different things. Maybe it’s your way to freedom and variety and joy and passion.

I know you hate the idea of being stuck and stagnant. Routine, rigidity and busy schedules make you recoil inside.

You are resentful of obligations and committments to things that aren’t in alignment with you. Continuing down a path that makes you sad in your soul is not the way things should be.

Remember how you want to feel? The feels that light you up.

Tap into the wonderment and the romance. Connection. Whimsical, flirty, feminine, love, passion, curiosity.

Just be. Just live. Just feel.
