I’ve been caught in “the Grip”, and I’m sharing with you how this is showing up in my life right now. If you’re an INFP I’m sure this episode will resonate on some level, and I hope it’s helpful to know you’re not alone.
You may have heard in the personality type world a term called “the grip”. The grip is basically a term that describes when we have used all the energy from our dominant function – in the case of an infp, that is introverted feeling – everything kind of gets flipped on it’s head and suddenly our inferior function has taken the reigns and is running the show. In my case, as an INFP, this means that extraverted thinking takes over. But it still functions at an inferior level.
